are some tips on keeping your hair healthy.

Eat a diet high in protein. Fish, poultry, nuts and
beans.
2. Blow dry hair with cool air.
3. Do not brush wet hair.
4. Use a quality shampoo and conditioner.
5. Try a thermal protector if you use heat on your
hair.
6. Have your stylist do all chemical work.
7. When blow drying...stop when your hair is "almost
dry"
8. Use a UV protector on your hair
9. For dry ends...try a DROP of safflower oil. "Scrunch"
